Strawberry Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

1	package	strawberry cake mix
1/2	cup	cooking oil
2	tablespoons	water
2	large	eggs -- (can use eggbeaters)
12	ounces	semi-sweet chocolate chips -- (small ones)
6	ounces	chopped pecans

Preparation:

Blend cake mix with oil, water and eggs. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans. Drop by teaspoons, onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Transfer to a cookie rack, and allow to fully cool. Makes 4 dozen 2" cookies. You may freeze 1/2 of the dough.
