1 tablespoon green onion -- chopped
1 tablespoon corn kernels -- chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper

2 tablespoons cheddar cheese -- shredded
---LAZY LASAGNA---
---step 1
2 tablespoons cottage cheese or ricotta cheese

1/4 cup frozen chopped broccoli -- cooked
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
---step 3
1/4 cup pasta sauce -- heated
1/4 cup parmesan -- to taste

2 tablespoons hummus
2 tablespoons red or green pepper -- chopped
1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts

1 slice smoked turkey -- chopped
2 tablespoons corn kernels
2 tablespoons red kidney beans

1 tablespoon avocado or cucumber -- chopped
 

Preparation:

1. Staring all of these recipes by baking a potato (45 min). Cut a thin slice from the top, scoop out the flesh leaving a half inch shell. Choose a variation from above and dinner is served. 2. Add ingredients from STEP 1, then mix in STEP 2, and then finally top with STEP 3 3. Each recipe lists ingredients for 1 potato
