Potato Salad - Best Foods

Serves: 4 cups
 

Ingredients:

3 cups cooked cubed potatoes
1/2 cup prepared best foods house dressing salad dressing
1/2 cup chopped mrs. flannings bread and butter pickles
2 large hard cooked eggs -- peeled,chopped
3 strips bacon -- cooked,crumbled
 

Preparation:

In medium bowl stir together first 4 ingredients until blended. Cover; chill. Just before serving, sprinkle with bacon. Garnish as desired. POTATO HAM SALAD: Omit bacon. Add 2 cups cooked, diced ham. Makes about 6 cups.
