Lemon Parsleyed Potatoes

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds potato -- tiny new or medium
1/4 cup parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
 

Preparation:

Scrub potatoes.and cook until tender; drain. Place in serving bowl, keep warm. Meanwhile, melt butter, stir in parsley and lemon juice. Pour over potatoes and stir lightly to coat.
