Check for doneness as cooking times vary according to variety and shape of potatoes. 1 potato 4 minutes 2 potatoes 7 minutes 4 potatoes 15 minutes 6 potatoes 25 minutes Tip: Potatoes should be arranged in a circle with as much space as possible between them.
