Ingredients:

900 grams frozen hash brown potatoes with onion and
1 can cream of chicken soup
450 grams sour cream
100 grams melted margarine
225 grams sharp cheese -- grated - cracker bar
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
1 cup crushed corn flakes or potato chips
 

Preparation:

1. Mix ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into greased 24x33 cm glass dish. 2. Top with crushed corn flakes or potato chips. Bake 1 hour at 190 øC . Difficulty : easy. Precision : measure ingredients.
