Ingredients:

3 cups cookie mix
1 large egg
1 package diced mixed candied fruit -- 16oz
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped dates
1 cup chopped nuts
1 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk -- 14oz not evaporated milk
 

Preparation:

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. In large bowl, combine mix and egg at low speed until well mixed. Press into ungreased 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; carefully spread over base. Bake at 350 degreees F. for 25 to 35 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool; cut into bars. 54 bars. HIGH ALTITUDE: Above 3500 feet: no change
