CRAN-ORANGE SAUCE

Ingredients:

1/2 pound fresh cranberries
1 medium orange -- (peeled, segmented and roughly chopped)
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 Cup water if needed
 

Preparation:

Mix all of the ingredients in a covered pan and simmer gently for about 20 minutes stirring occasionally. If the mixture become too dry, add a little bit of water.
