Noodle Pudding

Ingredients:

4 cups uncooked wide egg noodles
8 ounces sour cream
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 large eggs -- slightly beaten
 

Preparation:

Heat oven to 350F. Grease 2-quart casserole. Cook and drain noodles as directed on package. Mix noodles and remaining ingredients. Pour into casserole. Bake uncovered 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
