Polanesian Pork

Ingredients:

2 chops pork chops
1 jars peach baby food
2 Tablespoon tomato ketchup
2 Tablespoon vinegar
2 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon brown ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper mixed
 

Preparation:

1. Brush chops with a little melted fat and grill for 5 mins. on each side.

2. Mix together remaining ingrediants to make a sauce.

3. Put chops on casserole and pour sauce over them. Cover dish and bake for 45 mins. at 180 øC .
