Hot Sesame Noodles

Ingredients:

16 ounces uncooked linguini
1 teaspoon oriental sesame oil
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 cloves garlic
2/3 cup chunky peanut butter
1 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
3 tablespoons franks original cayenne pepper sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 large green onion -- sliced
 

Preparation:

1. Cook linguini according to package directions. Rinse under cold water; drain well. Toss linguini with sesame oil in large bowl.

2. Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add sesame seeds and garlic; cook and stir constantly 1 minute or until seeds are golden. Add peanut butter; stir until well blended. Stir in broth, soy sauce, hot sauce and sugar. Bring just to a boil.

3. Pour sauce over linguini; toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle with green onion. Serve immediately.
