Ham-Rice Toss

Ingredients:

3 cups cooked regular rice -- chilled
1 cup diced cooked ham
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/3 cup sliced celery
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/2 cup commercial Italian salad dressing
1 medium Lettuce leaves
2 medium tomatoes -- cut into wedges
 

Preparation:

Combine first 6 ingredients, stirring well. Chill well. Serve on lettuce leaves, and garnish with tomato wedges.
