Ingredients:

3 pounds pork roast or large pork loin
1 pound dry pinto beans
2 cloves garlic - chopped
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
2 teaspoons oregano
4 ounces chopped green chilis
1 teaspoon salt to taste
2 Cup Enough water to cover
 

Preparation:

Cook approximately 24 hours on low. Serve over crushed tortillas or fritos that go on the bottom of the plate Top with : grated cheddar cheese, chopped green onion, chopped lettuce, chopped tomatoes, picanti sauce and sour cream. I make this in an 18 qt roaster oven because I always have to double it and at times, triple it. Makes a bunch and goes a long way.
