Grrrrrgh!
Course : Pasta
From: HungryMonster.com
Serves: 1

Ingredients:

14 ounces marinara sauce
4 chops deli-cooked turkey cutlets
1 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat an 8-inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Spread about 1/2 cup of the sauce over the bottom of the baking sidh and arrange cutlets on top. Spread remaining sauce over the cutlets. Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese, cover with aluminum foil and bake 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 more minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned. Make a meal suggestion. Serve over spaghetti with a Seasar salad on the side. Try this with whatever cutlets the deli is serving: chicken, or veal work just as nicely as turkey. Leftovers make tasty sandwiches...hot or cold.
