Ingredients:

2 small Red apples quartered thinly Sliced
2 teaspoon Lemon juice
2 cup Thin sliced celery
6 Ounces Natural mild cheddar flavor
1/4 cup Reduce calorie mayonnaise
1 Dash salt and pepper
1 medium Lettuce
 

Preparation:

Place apples in small bowl; toss with lemon juice. Add celery and next 4 ingredients; toss to coat. Serve on lettuce lined plate.
