Sweet and Sour Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

2 cups coarsely chopped apple -- about 2 medium
2 cans pineapple tidbits in juice -- 6 1/2 oz, drained
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon Watkins Cole Slaw Seasoning
1 teaspoon Watkins Onion Flakes
1/4 teaspoon Watkins Lemon Pepper
1 bunch lettuce leaves
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients except lettuce in medium bowl; toss lightly to mix. Cover and chill until ready to serve. To serve, place lettuce on individual serving plates and mound fruit salad on top. Makes 6 servings.
