Seasame Spinach Salad

Ingredients:

1 pound spinach -- fresh
1 cup mushrooms -- sliced
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon walnut oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
 

Preparation:

Wash spinach thoroughly and trim off tough stems. Spin or pat dry. Mix remaining ingredients together and toss with spinch.
