Dilly Potato Salad

Serves: 2 cups
 

Ingredients:

6 medium red potatoes -- (about 1 lb.)
1 large hard-cooked egg -- chopped
1 teaspoon Black pepper -- to taste
1/2 teaspoon dried dill OR
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh dill -- chopped
1/2 cup reduced-calorie sour cream
1/4 cup non-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
 

Preparation:

Quarter potatoes, leaving skin on. Boil until soft. Cool potatoes and cut into bite size chunks. Toss with remaining ingredients. Chill.
