1/2 Cup SLICED ONIONS
1/3 Cup CILANTRO
1 Medium TOMATO CHOPPED
1 Medium BELL PEPPER -- JULIENNE
3 tablespoons DRY UNSALTED NUTS CHOPPED (PEANUTS -- WALNUTS,TOASTED COCONUT ETC.)
1 cup DICED FRUITS (PAPAYA. -- MANGO, PlNEAPPLE)
 

Preparation:

lN A LARGE BOWL COMBlNE ALL SALAD NOODLES, SHRIMP, VEGETABLES, AND OTHER INGREDIENTS AND TOSS. ADD DRESSING AND SERVE. N.B. CARROTS, BROCCOLI, SNAP PEAS, CAULIFLOWER, GREEN BEANS, RADISHES, ETC. CAN BE ADDED. LOBSTER ,CHICKEN STRIPS OR RAW DICED CONCH CAN BE SUBSTITUTED FOR THE SHRIMP.
