Best Marinated Bean Salad

Ingredients:

15 ounces garbanzo beans
15 ounces red kidney beans
16 ounces wax beans
16 ounces green beans
1 cup celery
1 cup sweet red onion
1/2 cup red or green bell pepper
3/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 tablespoon fresh oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
 

Preparation:

combine beans, celery, onions, and bell peppers, set aside combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan, over a medium flame heat and stir just to a boil, remove from heat season to taste with salt and/or additional corn syrup pour over bean mixture-toss to mix well cover and chill for 2-96 hours serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
