Bean Salad - Lee

Ingredients:

1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
16 ounces cut green beans
16 ounces wax beans
16 ounces kidney beans
16 ounces garbanzo beans
1 cup sweet red onion
1/2 cup green bell pepper
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
 

Preparation:

combine vinegar, sugar, and salt in a saucepan, over a low flame heat and stir to dissolve sugar remove from heat and combine with remaining ingredients cover and chill for 2-96 hours, stirring often serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
