Savory Rice

Ingredients:

1/3 cup green onions with tops -- sliced
2 1/2 tablespoons green pepper -- chopped
2 teaspoons butter or margarine
1 cup hot cooked rice -- cooked in beef broth
1 tablespoon pimientos -- chopped
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
 

Preparation:

Saute onions and green pepper in butter until crisp. Add rice and pimientos. Salt and pepper to taste. Toss lightly
