Lime Flavored Rice

Ingredients:

1 Cup uncooked regular rice
1/2 Cup fresh minced parsley
1/4 Cup minced green onions
1 small Grated rind of 1 small lime
 

Preparation:

Cook rice according to package directions, omitting salt. Remove from heat, and add remaining ingredients; toss. Transfer rice to a serving dish.
