Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients:

3 packages cholesterol free egg product -- (4 ounces each)
1 1/2 cups nestlÉ carnation evaporated milk -- (12 fluid-ounce can)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese -- (8 ounces)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
5 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes -- (26-ounce package)
1 1/4 cups onion
3/4 cup chopped green bell pepper -- (1 small)
1 cup diced ham -- (optional)
 

Preparation:

COMBINE egg product, evaporated milk, cheese, salt and black pepper in large bowl. Add potatoes, onion, bell pepper and ham; mix well. Pour mixture into greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. BAKE in preheated 350ø F. oven for 60 to 65 minutes or until set.
