Triple Mushroom And Carrot Medley - Webb

Ingredients:

1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms
1 cup sliced white mushrooms
1/2 cup canned whole straw mushrooms -- drained
1/2 cup sliced carrots
2 tablespoons lite soy sauce
1 tablespoon dry sherry
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup chicken broth -- low-fat low-sodium
1 tablespoon sliced green onions
 

Preparation:

Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Add the mushrooms and saut‚‚ for 4 minutes. Add the carrots and saut‚‚ for 3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients except the green onions. Cover and steam for 5 minutes. Garnish with green onions to serve. 6 servings/Serving size: 1/2 cup
