Shiitake Sauce

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon butter
1 Tablespoon Flour
1/4 cup milk or cream -- (1/4 to 1/2)
12 pieces reconstituted
1 cup Shiitake sliced
1/2 teaspoon bouillon
 

Preparation:

Combine mushrooms and butter in a 2 cup glass measure. Microwave on high 3-4 minutes or unitl Shiitake are tender, stirring once on twice. Stir in flour, milk and bouillon. Microwave on high for another 2-3 minutes, or until juices are thickened. 4 servings
