Mushrooms Sauteed In Wine

Ingredients:

1 pound mushrooms -- chopped
3 tablespoons peanut oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash white pepper
1/3 cup dry red wine
 

Preparation:

1. Brown mushrooms in peanut oil in a saucepan with salt and pepper. 2. Add wine; cover and cook over low heat about 5 minutes.
