Preparation:
Saute vegetables and garlic in butter 8 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in oregano, salt, and pepper.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Combine vegetables, garlic, and butter in a 1-1/2-quart baking dish; cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap. Microwave at HIGH for 4 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring once. Stir in oregano, salt, and pepper.
