Pickled Chiles

Ingredients:

5 cups hot chile
1 tablespoon garlic
1 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
 

Preparation:

Simmer chiles in boiling water for 5-7 minutes, until tender drain well combine in sterile jar with remaining ingredients season to taste with additional salt cover and shake to mix well chill for 7 days, shaking daily
