Ingredients:

1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup minced garlic
1 can whole plum tomatoes in juice
1/4 cup minced fresh basil
1/4 cup minced fresh oregano
1 tablespoon salt
 

Preparation:

In a saucepan cook all ingredients over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 hours. Serve with your favorite pasta.
