Broccoli Au Gratin

Ingredients:

2 packages frozen broccoli spears -- (10 oz.)
1 can condensed cream of shrimp soup -- (10 oz.)
1/2 cup light cream
1/2 cup tomato juice
1/4 cup bread crumbs
3 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 cup grated sharp cheese
 

Preparation:

Cook broccoli as directed. Drain. Combine soup, cream, and tomato juice in pan; cook until hot. Arrange broccoli in buttered, shallow dish. Pour soup mixture over it. Top with crumbs and cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
