Anne Ross's Brunch Casserole

Ingredients:

1 pound bulk sausage
6 large eggs
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 slices white bread -- cubed
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese -- (4 ozs.)
 

Preparation:

1. Crumble, saute and drain sausage. 2. Beat eggs with milk, salt and mustard. 3. Layer bread cubes, sausage and cheese in a lightly greased 9x13 pan. 4. Pour egg mixture over, cover and refrigerate OVERNIGHT. 5. One hour before serving, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
