Warm White Bean Salad

Ingredients:

4 teaspoons olive oil
4 whole plum tomatoes -- seeded and chopped
1 whole onion -- minced
2 tablespoons fresh minced sage, or 1 teaspoon dried
1 clove garlic -- minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
16 ounces canned cannellini beans -- rinsed and drained
 

Preparation:

In a medium nonstick skillet, heat the oil. Saute' the tomatoes, onion, sage, garlic, salt and pepper until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes. Stir in the bean
