Ingredients:

yellow hominy -- (15 1/2-oz), drained |

black-eyed peas -- (15-oz), drained |

commercial zesty italian salad dressing |

Preparation:
Combine first 9 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Pour salad dressing over black-eyed pea mixture; toss gently. Cove and chill thoroughly. Toss again before serving. Garnish, if desired. Serve with tortilla chips.
Note: I used the Good Seasons Oil Free Dressing Mix and it worked very well. |
