Preparation:
Blanch snow peas in lightly salted boiling water 2 to 3 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water to stop cooking.
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, dill weed, chives, salt, and lemon pepper; beat until smooth. Using a sharp knife, split each snow pea open along straight edge. Place cheese mixture in a pastry bag fitted with a small star tip . Pipe cheese mixture inside each snow pea. |
