Preparation:
1. Combine beans and salsa in microwaveproof bowl. Microwave on High 2 minutes. Stir in tomato and cheese.
2. Wrap tortillas in damp paper towels. Microwave on High 1 minute until softened and heated through.
3. Spoon one quarter of black bean mixture onto each warm tortilla. Sprinkle each with 1/2 cup lettuce. Roll up. Serve immediately. |
