Fancy Green Beans

Ingredients:

1 pound fresh green beans
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 Cup fresh parmesan cheese
1/4 Cup balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon salt and black pepper
1 tablespoons toasted slivered almonds
 

Preparation:

Steam green beans until tender-crisp. In salad bowl mix together oil, cheese, vinegar, salt and black pepper. Whisk until blended. Toss drained beans with dressing mixture. Sprinkle almonds over all to serve. Approximately 6-8 minutes.
