1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
3 drops hot-chili oil
1/4 cup sherry
1 1/2 cups snow peas
1 medium red bell pepper

Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 7 to 8 minutes. Add ginger, hot-chili oil, 3 tablespoons of sherry and remaining broth to pan. Stir in pork. Cover and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes, or until pork is cooked. Add snow peas, red peppers and scallions. Cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes, or until vegetables soften.
