Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375. Mix graham cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder. With mixer, beast sweetened condensed milk with margarine until smooth. Add graham mixture, mix well. Stir in raisins, coconut and walnuts. Drop by tablespoon onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 2 to 3 minutes, remove from cookie sheet. Store loosely covered at room temperature. Makes approximately 3 dozen cookies. |
