Preparation:
Combine all ingredients until well blended.
Drop prepared cookie dough by teaspoonfuls, approximately 2 inches apart, on well-greased baking sheet. Bake in preheated 350 oven 12 to 15 minutes. Remove with spatula to cooling rack.
Variations: Substitute 1/2 cup chopped dates, dried figs, or mixed dried fruit for the raisins in the above recipe. For Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies, increase oats to 1 cup, and substitute 1 cup of chocolate chips for the dried fruit and nuts. |
