Preparation:
In a large bowl combine the flour , butter , sugar , and lemon juice . Blend in the remaining ingredients . Turn the dough onto a floured surface and roll out to 1/8 inch thickness . Cut with cookie cutters . Arrange the cookies on an ungreased baking sheet . Bake at 400* for 6 to 8 mins. The cookies should be golden brown . Cool slightly before removing from the cookie sheet . Makes 3 to 4 dozen |
