Preparation:
Makes 4 dozen
1. Mix together brown sugar, margarine, shortening, coffee, egg, cinnamon and nutmeg; stir in remaining ingredients.
2. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet; bake in preheated 375 F. oven until almost no indentation remains when touched, 8 to 10 minutes.
3. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. |
