Grandma Evelyn's Oatmeal Crispies

Ingredients:

1 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups sifted flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups quick oatmeal
 

Preparation:

Cream margarine and sugars well. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Sift together flour, salt and soda. Mix together. Add 3 cups oatmeal and mix well. Drop by teaspoon on greased pan and bake 12 minutes at 350. Very good.
