Preparation:
Place sugar, butter, egg and vanilla in bowl. Attach bowl and flat beater. Turn to speed 6 and beat 1 minute. Stop and scrape bowl.
Add flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and pecans. Turn to speed 2 and mix 30 seconds. Press dough into a greased and floured 8x8x2inch pan. Bake at 350 F for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then remove and cool on flat surface. When cool, cut into diamonds. |
