Preparation:
1. Resift flour with baking powder and salt.
2. Cream butter with sugar; add egg, mixing well.
3. Add flour mixture alternately with orange juice and banana to creamed mixture.
4. Fold in walnuts, orange peel and candied orange peel; drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
5. Bake in preheated 350 F. oven 15 minutes. (If desired, frost cookies with a simple butter frosting flavored with orange.) |
