Ingredients:

1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons parsley -- chopped
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup oil
1 pound shrimp -- large, peel and devein
2 Cup rice -- cooked, hot
 

Preparation:

Combine garlic, salt, mustard, pepper, parsley, lemon juice, and oil for marinade. Add shrimp to marinade and marinate for 2 hours. Broil, brushing with marinade 4 inches from heat until done. Serve with rice.
