Ingredients:

1 teaspoon margarine
1/3 medium sweet onion -- sliced
1/3 pound shrimp -- peeled and deveined
1 tablespoons lemon juice -- to taste
1 teaspoon salt -- to taste
1 teaspoon pepper -- to taste
 

Preparation:

Heat margarine in medium saucepan. Saut‚‚ onion until translucent. Add shrimp. Saut‚‚ until pink, about 3 to 5 minutes. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste. 3 servings/Serving size: 1/3 recipe
