Chile And Garlic Sauteed Shrimp

Ingredients:

1 pound jumbo tiger prawns
2 tablespoons kosher salt
1/4 cup peanut oil
1/4 cup garlic
1 tablespoon crushed red chiles
 

Preparation:

Combine the shrimp and salt-mix well heat oil in a wok or large skillet, over a very-high flame add the garlic and chiles-stir add the shrimp and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, until lightly browned and opaque in the center remove from heat serve hot
