Baby Joe's Bbq'd Shrimp

Ingredients:

1 sprig chives -- garnish
1 dash hot sauce -- to taste
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper -- ground
1 teaspoon black pepper -- cracked
1/4 cup butter -- cracked
1 large lemon -- halved
3 large garlic cloves -- crushed
1 pound shrimp -- cleaned and deveined
 

Preparation:

Heat frying pan, add the butter and garlic, saute for 2 minutes. Add the shrimp, cayenne pepper, black pepper, thyme, salt, hot sauce and fresh squeezed lemon juice. Cook until shrimp are pink. Garnish with chives.
