Spanish Boiled Shrimp Ii

Ingredients:

2 quarts water
1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
5 pieces peppercorns
1 Medium lemon
2 teaspoons salt
1 clove garlic
2 piece bay leaf
1 medium Onion
1 medium celery heart
3 pounds tiger prawn
 

Preparation:

Heat water to a boil in a stockpot, over a moderate flame add tabasco, peppercorns, lemon, salt, garlic, bay, onion, and celery return to the boil and cook for 10 minutes add shrimp, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes remove from heat, cover, let stand for 15 minutes drain, rinse in cold water, and drain well peel and devein shrimp cover and chill arrange on a serving platter serve slightly chilled, with a flavored mayonnaise or dressing to the side
